How do I register for my account?
You will need the following details to hand before you access your pension account by clicking here:
- Mobile/landline phone number
- Email address
- National Insurance Number
You will need to accept the website's terms and conditions to access your pension account. Please view the how to register guide in Resources, there are just 4 steps!
How do I log in to my account?
All you have to do is click here and enter your username and password which you created during registration. A One Time Code will then be automatically sent to the mobile phone/landline phone number you created during registration by text message or through text to speech functionality if your landline supports this.
The One Time Code is valid for 30 minutes so please enter this within the timescale.
I've forgotten my login details, what do I do?
If you have forgotten your username, please contact the administration team who can confirm this to you providing you answer security questions correctly. The administration team contact details can be found in the Contact us section of the website.

Why do I get an error during the Forgotten Password process?

When I click on 'Forgotten password' or 'Don't have an account, register?', I am taken back to the 'Welcome' screen, why am I stuck in a loop?
It may be that some details have been cached (or ‘temporarily stored’) in your web browser from previous web sessions which is preventing you from going down the 'Forgotten password' or 'Don't have an account, register?' routes. Clearing your internet browser history can fix this.
